I Got FROSTBITE Snowboarding in Whistler

Today we went up snowboarding in Whistler on the coldest day of the year! It was -22 degrees Celsius at the peak with high winds. While working on a snowboarding carving tutorial I got frostbite on my nose. Frostbite happens when a patch of skin freezes from exposure to the cold and wind. To relieve frostbite from your nose you can hold it with you warm hand and take a break inside. Keep safe while snowboarding from harsh weather by taking lots of breaks and wearing the proper outerwear. Thanks for watching!
