It depends.  I would say go for a regular snowboard, but try to get something on the higher side as far as the waist width on the snowboard goes.  Like a mid-wide snowboardIf you go for a regular you might get heel drag on steep turns and stuff though.  Its your call – I say mid wide

Congrats on the 180. It feels soo good when you can do those whenever you want riding down. First you should practice riding switch until you can comfortably link turns at a good speed.  Do that first. Then do the 180 and you just really have to commit. Let's say you land on the heeledge or land flat and go heelside, you really have to commit to switching to toe edge. Once you do that it's mission accomplished.  Start slow and low(if that is comfo for you) and work your way up.

So…I got 2nd place 🙂  There were only 3 girls that competed, but for being my first time doing this I'm pretty happy.  I ended up getting a nice Helly Hanson dry ride base layer shirt for placing, so I'm pretty happy with that!  I definitely would do it again 8)  I'll post some pics in the gallery once I get them…

2nd on your first time?  Free stuff?Sounds like a good day to me 🙂

I really hope for your own sake that you've seen what you are buying in person.  Any pair of bindings will screw into any snowboard (unless you are dealing with Burton or something)
