hey trav don't let the spookiness spook you. if you have skateboarder confience then throw down the method yay!and make sure your photog takes cool pics to post here!happy trails!!!!!See you in VT!!!!!! yay!
That sounds so aweseome!Take plenty of pics, and be careful!
I love the base of this board!!! Whoever the chick is she's a lucky girl! I like the first 2 designs equally I think. I can't decide!
Really, you have long hair? 😛 So, is it braids or ponies for ya travz?
ooooooh i love this question! I rock “pocahantas hair” when riding…braids! I have a ton of hair and its long, i would like to be able to pull it back in a pony tail but it hurts in my helmet, and just looks weird with a hat on….If I don't do anything with my hair, just leave it down, it gets really wild by the end of the day. The last time i rode without putting my hair in braids, at the end of the day my son told me my hair looked like a “cavewoman”. Nice…. So for me…..braids it is!
but thats the ONLY resort that I've ever paid that at.
I've never had to pay an extra insurance fee at any of the resorts I've ridden at in VT. Most of the money I blow at the resort is on food!!! I get absolutely starved after a couple of hours of riding, so just about all of my extra expense at the resort is on eats! 😛
I finally got the chance to watch this tonight!!! A fun video to watch for sure. Now all I want to do is go riding!!! 4 more days till the weekend! 😛
Hi again Sarah….so do you go riding in the highlands? I have a good friend who's sister lives in Scotland, in Port of Mentieth…he visits there a lot and was telling me decent snowfall there is very rare, so they go to the “highlands” in Scotland to ride. Just curious if that is sort of the place where most people go.
I've been on some forums where you have a real proper hazing
we don't do that here….its all good lolWelcome to the site!!
:roll:oh haha thats rich…..you need to find a dude Wii fit vid to include for all da girlies to visit here to see!!!!
Idk though I might just leave it to the pros at the shop. Sounds like a lotta work too with shaving off that wax but idk.
josh if you do decide to have this done at a shop (there should be someone reputable you can find if you ask around) I would ask about a tuning package. For only $120 my board is kept sweetly tuned all season, including 2 full tunes which you can't really do at home. Best part is, I leave the board off at nite and its ready and waiting for me to take it shredding the next morning. This is where I go and the tuning package. I think a lot of places have them. Just something to consider.http://firsttrax.net/tuning.html
Hi- yeah welcome, its nice to see more girlies posting on this site. :Dand josh you can't hate travz hahaha travz rocks
That sounds like a dream holiday! Do you normally get a lot of snow where you are in Scotland?
Hi! I just wanted to add that a lot of the soreness that you're feeling is definately normal, whether your boots were too large or not. When I was first learning to ride there were some days I could barely walk the next day. My calves and thighs would be so lame… But don't let that discrourage you. The more you ride you will build those muscles and that type of soreness will go away… snowboarding is a crazy awesome workout, and way more fun than going to a gym! Good luck!
Sarah i'm so jealous!! I would love to snowboard the Alps. So you had a good trip I take it 😀
