So i'm building a home made grind rail for backyard riding out of pvc pipe, bolts, and rebar. i'll post picsnext time i get around to it, but its going to be a 3ft tall 8ft long rainbow rail made out of 3 1/2″ pvc pipeswith 1/2″ spacing inbetween.what do you guys think? any problems you forsee in this? we weight tested it and it held up fine,so hopefully this is a go!

Dang man i cant wait to see some pics and vids a this one.  Rebar and pvc?  rebar seems a lil rough to grind and pvc a little too flexible (its not that high tho i guess) but i trust you hopefully it works out. Good luck!!

i thought it would be too flexible too, but when we put in mock up bracing it hardly bent at all. maybe 1/4 of an inch.we put max tension on it with the maximum bend, and we're going to anchor it with rebar covered in pvc (pvc for less injuries).  so far the only bad thing about it is, its white, and its ugly. ahahha. ill post pics as soon as it starts takingshape eh?
