January 10, 2012 at 2:39 am #3843 FrostyKeymaster Why I ask is that typically, Western US, Alps and larger mountains will have more snow and therefore a softer surface, in which case I would opt for the 146 (larger board). Converse for the Eastern US and smaller mountains.
