      I got a really good deal on a board and binding setup. According the size chart for my weight and height I should be around 147cm long and 241mm waist. I am an entry level boarder and want to know if my setup is ok for me to start on.I have the restricted hero 149 and burton triad bindings. I feel The width is perfect but I'm just concerned about the length and it is suppose to be for a male. My toes do not hang off the board, they hit right at the edge. Will I have a hard time on this board? Thanks.

        Welcome!  That's a really nice board and I think it will work well for you.  Normally a men's board is less flexible than a women's board, but the “v-rocker” shape should compensate for that  so no worries.

          Ok great! Thanks for the quick response. I noticed the triads are very forgiving in the fitting area, I had tightened and repositioned the toe and ankle straps. It looks like the toe plate is fully extended out, can it be pushed back? I hope that makes sense. Thanks.

            Yes, that makes sense.  I don't know of the Burton Triad Bindings have an adjustable toepiece or not.  I don't think they do.  If you have part of the binding that unavoidably hangs over the board edge, you can take a saw to it.  Soinds funny, but I have done that myself before and it works.
