I am wondering if anyone else has this problem.  I noticed at the end of last season, at the inside heel of my back foot my boots were starting to fall apart at the seams, and I could feel wetness from the spring melting snow.  When I bought them, I was told they were fairly good quality for the $120 I paid (they are Sims, and have a faux leather outer), and I am now starting my third season with these boots.  While repairing the tears, I noticed a lot of scuff marks along that same side.  Is this caused by when I skate around to get off and on the lifts?  Has anyone else suffered from this problem?  Or is this totally normal, and is two seasons pretty much the max life for a pair of boots.  Thanks for any info/advice.  BTW, I am fixing my boots with “Shoe Goo” it is some pretty awesome stuff to repair seams and soles of shoes, I came across this stuff w

I haven't had that problem as bad as yours, but hey, that kind of stuff happens.  I wouldn't be too upset about two GOOD seasons on a pair of $120 boots, but at the same time I wouldn't go with that same brand and model anymore either.PS.. ShoeGoo is awesome I agree!
