I used a foam type stomp pad that came with my binding set but during my ride it got torn. so i`m about to replace it with a scraping mat but first I need to remove this foam thing. If  I remove it the glue will be left on the board, I guess 🙁 can anyone tell me how to remove it without leaving the glue behind? and how to remove the glue 😕

goo gone! or any type of sticker shock will work great. fingernails. really up to you.its a pain to get off no matter what you use. sticker shock helps, but dont expect amiracle outta it. and a forwarning, this will happen with EVERY stomp pad that doesntnaturally fall off because of crappy tape, so be prepared to do this every time you changeit.but you're not looking at a big job no matter what.thinking back, my 1st foam stomp pad was a ride logo, and it just had double sidedbooger tape (very thin adhesive tape, like scotch, most stomps use a thick foam tape) and heat got MOST of that off. so you can try using a hair dryer and a dull knifeto pry it off in 1 strip if it is tape. if its glue, its more like a sticker and use the abovemethod.just do not goo gone the bottom of your board!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if you get some on the bottom getit off immediately.

i use heat for that crappy booger tape that most of the foam stomps use. usually comesoff in 1 pull..atleast most of it.its that thick foam tape that sucks, like dakine uses, thats a real pain if its stuck good. mygod that stuff wont give up no matter what. its worse than the board stickers that the manufacturer puts on. it took me 2 days to get that stuff off my grudge. and blisters!
