Comments:

Great all mountain binding. Super price!  Recommended. I got this Flow binding a couple years back. Today's version would be the Flow NXT FR or M11 model. Those are probably is better than mine here for two reasons. One, the newer models have the mini-rachet built in which just simply rocks. And two, Flow bindings keep getting better and better EVERY year. (I wonder how long that trend can last!)

I have a size 9 1/2 boot and my size large is right on. It is kind of a big large, so I imagine it could suit larger boot sizes (like maybe up to 12 US) or bulkier boots well. If you have a smaller boot size (under 9 US) you may want to drop to the medium binding size.

EASE OF USE:
OK, like all Flow bindings, you kick your foot under the flow top and fold the back up. This one is no different. The the nylon/fiberglass material they use is like perfect. No snow ever gets stuck on it or ever jams anything. In and out smooth like butter. Light and strong.

DURABILITY:
I have been using these for 2 seasons now and they still look like new. Very durable and well made.

PERFORMANCE:
Great performing binding. Like a 9 out of 10. Lightweight and supportive.

OVERALL:
Recommended. Awesome binding, score 9 of 10.
