    alan – all of my snowboards have a white base, and all of them BUT 1 have mild discoloration. The oldest  one ismy k2 dart which has turned a pee yellow color, and im pretty sure this is because the board hasnt been ridden,let alone tuned, in 2 seasons, so its probably dried out.My recon also has a pure white base, which has turned beach sand yellow, because ive ridden through way toomuch dirty snow. now its so far into the grit of the base that its just a pain to get out. its more like dye than anythingreally, board still rides great, and its 3  or so years old.My manual is BRAND NEW for this season, and has turned brown in spots (kid ran me off a trail into some funk,also dirt discoloration, but a base cleaner took most of that out)And my last, for whatever reason, is still pure white, which is funny because its the one i ride the most.The color could be a number of
