GNU B-Pro C2BTX Snowboard Review Board Insiders 2010 bpro B pro

Year after year the GNU B-Pro board wins awards. This year there are two versions the BTX and the new C2BTX. The ladies of Board Insiders had a chance to jump on the new C2 double camber, see what they thought of it. - Thanks Barrett Christy! Cool Tip
(This article is going to evolve more with input from members, so feel free to comment)

Most people will tell you that "mittens are warmer than gloves".  While that is the case most of the time, I cannot say that gloves are indeed colder than mitts.

Remember, no piece of clothing is actually warmer or colder than any other piece.  We say that something is "warm" if it has the ability to retain our natural body heat in a comfortable way.

For clothing manufacturers, hand coverings are especially challenging compared to other wearables.  They need to be tough and durable yet still provide the dexterity the person needs.  This is why a GOOD pair of gloves (or mitts) can cost the same as a nice jacket or pants which are many tomes larger.  The challenge is no longer in the fabric itself, thanks to waterproof/breathables (like gore-tex) and now t...

General
So im thinking about getting a WWW Rocker.  I just want a fun park snowboard basically.

I am 5'7, weigh 150, have size 12 boots and was looking at a 152 WWW.  For the 152, the waist width is 249(24.9).
They also have it in a wide 153 where the waist width is 261 (26.1).  I currently ride a snowboard that is 252(25.2) wide in a not completely wide stance and if i buy this snowboard, chances are it will be completely widened.  I like to think that that will mean that I will get about the same overhang.  I havent had any reall problems with my snowboard now as far as the boot catching ( I dont turn hard like that, too scared to slip out or s.t  and bust my A$s on the ice around here).

The Snowboarding Community (forums) is under construction for a little while following a software upgrade over the weekend.  You can try to use the forums in the meantime, but you might get errors.  I will post here after a while when the work is complete.  NEW FEATURES ON THE WAY... YAY!

Well, I guess you guys noticed the new "tags" feature.  Why the heck not? Might be helpful for people looking for info.
